House Clearance
We provide full and partial house clearances across West Wales, helping make what can often feel like a big job much more straightforward.

Whether you’re clearing a family home, downsizing, or dealing with a property after a bereavement, our friendly team is here to help.

We take care of everything from sorting and packing through to removal and, where suitable, selling items through our auctions- helping to keep things as stress-free as possible.

Any items not entered into auction are disposed of responsibly, with a focus on reuse and recycling wherever we can.
Auctions
We hold regular auctions in West Wales at Tysul Hall, Llandysul (SA44 4QL), bringing together a wide range of household items, furniture and interesting finds.

Our sales include everything from traditional Welsh furniture to modern home furnishings, as well as china, metalware, jewellery, collectables, stamps and outdoor items- with something different in every auction.
​
It’s a relaxed and welcoming environment, whether you’re a regular buyer or just coming along for the first time.
​
Public viewing takes place on the Friday before the sale (3:00pm–6:00pm) and again on Saturday morning from 8:30am, with the auction starting at 10:00am.

Waste Management
As a licensed waste carrier, we make sure anything that can’t be sold or reused is dealt with properly.

We aim to recycle and reuse as much as possible, keeping waste to a minimum and ensuring everything is handled responsibly.
